Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our clients/patients and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients/patients.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR VALUED GUESTS
If you have a EMERGENCY CALL 911. If you are not feeling well please notify us immediately by Text or Call. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.(as they might not be able to fill in the cancelled spot at that short notice) We ask that all new and current guests agree to be charged for these appointments as follows below. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied as charge to your account or alternatively billed out to you: If you have a specific medical condition or symptoms, massage may be CONTRAINDICATED. Referral from your primary care provider may be requested prior to treatment being provided. You understand the benefits and risks of massage therapy and give your consent for treatment. You have stated all medical conditions that you are aware of and will keep your practitioner informed of future changes. Therapist reserves the right to REFUSE or DISCONTINUE treatment according to contraindications, noncompliance with ethical codes, or sexual misconduct. Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 100% service list fee. In addition, House call appointments can be charged 100% of the service price, plus travel fee if cancelled 12 hours prior to House Appointment. Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 100% service fee charge. House calls can be charged 100% of the service booked and the travel fee if cancelled 12 hours prior to House Appointment. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. (House Calls will result in 100% service + Trip charge in a "No Show" scenario) Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

As a courtesy, we will send out an email and/or text (depending on your preference) to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email and or text for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current contact information on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
